Can you price a Parramatta tower from architectural plans?

What size of job do you take on?

Who decides which sealant goes on each joint?
Where the architect, engineer or a manufacturer has specified a product, that specification is followed, and fire-rated joints use a tested system installed exactly as its maker requires.
