These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website caulkingexperts.com.au and the services provided by Australian Caulking Experts ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Australian Caulking Experts provides professional caulking, sealing and remedial services for residential, commercial and fire-rated projects across Sydney and greater NSW. All works are subject to a written quotation and acceptance.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, hidden defects are uncovered, or site conditions differ from what was described at quotation.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Progress payments may apply to larger projects. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

4. Warranty

We warrant workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion, provided the affected areas have not been altered, damaged, or exposed to conditions outside normal use. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the works supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss, delays caused by other trades, or pre-existing structural or moisture issues.

6. Cancellation

Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduled labour and materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and project photography — is the property of Australian Caulking Experts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
